We are looking for an Architect who can independently handle architectural design, planning, drawings and coordination from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, space planning and layouts.
- Prepare 2D plans, elevations, sections, working drawings and detailed drawings.
- Create 3D models and visual presentations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and site teams.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate design execution.
- Prepare design revisions, material specifications and project documentation.




- Coordinate architectural requirements with structural and MEP teams.

Requirements
- B.Arch with 2+ years of relevant experience in civil construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Good understanding of architectural planning, construction detailing and site execution.
- Solid design, communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently handle projects from design to execution.
