Role Description The Architect will work on a contract basis in a hybrid capacity, primarily based in Delhi, India with some flexibility for work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural concepts and detailed designs for parking systems and smart spaces, ensuring alignment with HPIPL’s standards for safety, sustainability, and automation. The role involves collaborating with engineering, software, and project teams to integrate structural, mechanical, and digital components into cohesive solutions.

The Architect will prepare drawings, 3D models,



and documentation, participate in site visits and feasibility studies, and support regulatory approvals and compliance. Additional tasks include coordinating with vendors and clients, monitoring design execution during installation, and contributing to continuous improvement of design processes and guidelines.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in designing commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Experience with Integration of physical and digital systems, collaborating closely with Software Development teams to support smart and automated parking solutions.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordination with cross-functional stakeholders, and oversight of timelines and deliverables.
- Proficiency in relevant design and modeling tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar), and ability to produce clear technical drawings and visualizations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related discipline, with appropriate professional registration or licensure preferred.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and sustainable design principles applicable to urban infrastructure in India.
- Effective communication and documentation skills, with the ability to present design concepts and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
- Prior experience in infrastructure, transportation, industrial facilities, or parking systems is an advantage.
