Summary

EYE Q Vision Hospital is looking for application support Analyst. in this you will be responsible for troubleshooting service requests, providing timely resolutions to application-related issues, and ensuring that our systems meet the needs of end users. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you identify solutions to non-standard requests and conduct user training. Responsibilities

- Provide application support services for Eye Q EMR/HMR, addressing service requests via tickets, email, and phone.

- Identify solutions to non-standard requests and troubleshoot moderately complex application-related problems.

- Ensure timely resolution of application-related errors and issues, maintaining high user satisfaction.

- Test the functionality of applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.

- Coach and provide feedback to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

- Serve as a resource for others in the IT department, sharing knowledge and expertise.

- Document and communicate effectively to ensure timely resolutions and updates.

- Collaborate with third-party vendors to support the Eye Q product and its functionalities.

- Analyze technology solution options and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders.

- Conduct and manage end-user application training for both existing and new users.

- Document change requests and coordinate with the application development team to execute system changes.





- Perform data analysis to extract insights from trends, aiding in the improvement of operational activities.

- Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure systems align with organizational business requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Health Management, or a related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.

- Familiarity with application support services and troubleshooting methodologies.

- Basic understanding of EMR/HMR systems and their functionalities.
