Key Responsibilities

- Develop solid understanding of adhesive product technologies and applications

- Build relationships with decision‑makers at large manufacturers

- Maintain a healthy project pipeline to support business growth





- Travel extensively within assigned territory (up to 90%)

- Meet prospective clients daily, assess needs, and recommend solutions

- Submit timely sales reports and adhere to deadlines

Screening Criteria

- Education: Mechanical Engineering (B.E.) OR 12th + Diploma in Mechanical

- Experience: 2–5 years in sales + application engineering

- Stability: No frequent job switches

- Skills: Strong technical knowledge, ability to provide solutions to client problems, pre‑sales consultation, troubleshooting
