We are seeking a skilled Amazon Quick Agent Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents using Amazon Quick's agentic AI platform. This role will focus on creating autonomous agents that streamline business processes, enhance productivity, and deliver actionable insights across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
Agent Development & Design
- Design and develop custom AI agents using Amazon Quick's agentic AI capabilities
- Create autonomous workflows for research, data analysis, and business process automation
- Build no-code/low-code applications and interactive tools using Quick's platform
- Develop agents that integrate with existing business systems and data sources
Business Process Automation
- Identify opportunities for agent-driven automation across departments
- Create agents for meeting preparation, follow-ups, and action item tracking
- Develop research agents that synthesize data from multiple sources
- Build content generation agents for documents, presentations, and reports
Integration & Connectivity
- Configure Amazon Quick connectors to integrate with enterprise applications
- Set up data pipelines between Quick and existing business systems
- Ensure seamless connectivity with popular business tools (Salesforce, SharePoint, etc.)
- Implement secure data access and governance protocols
Optimization & Maintenance
- Monitor agent performance and optimize for accuracy and efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve agent-related issues
- Continuously improve agent capabilities based on user feedback
- Maintain documentation for all developed agents and workflows
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
- 2+ years experience with AI/ML platforms and agent development
- Proficiency in Amazon Quick platform and agentic AI concepts
- Experience with AWS services (Bedrock, Lambda, S3, etc.)
- Knowledge of API integrations and data connectivity
- Understanding of no-code/low-code development platforms
- Familiarity with business process automation tools
Programming & Tools
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
- Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and data formats (JSON, XML)
- Understanding of database systems and data modeling
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD practices
Business Acumen
- Solid understanding of business processes across different departments
- Experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of data governance and security best practices
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
