- Create short-form and long-form videos for social media, marketing, advertising, training, and brand communication.
- Use AI tools to generate video concepts, scripts, visuals, animations, voiceovers, avatars, and other creative assets.
- Edit and enhance videos using professional editing and AI-powered tools.
- Develop storyboards, visual concepts, shot sequences, and production plans.
- Experiment with emerging AI video-generation technologies and identify tools that improve quality and production efficiency.
- Create AI-generated B-roll, backgrounds, characters, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Produce AI voiceovers, dubbing, subtitles, captions, and localization where required.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, visual style, tone, and messaging.
- Optimize videos for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and paid advertising.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in video editing, production, motion graphics, or digital content creation.
- Strong understanding of video storytelling, composition, pacing, lighting, sound, and editing.
- Hands-on experience with AI video-generation and creative AI tools.
- Strong prompting skills for generating consistent and high-quality visual content.
- Proficiency with video-editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
- Experience with AI tools for video, image, audio, voice, or avatar generation.
- Good understanding of social-media video formats, aspect ratios, hooks, retention, and engagement.
- Robust creative judgment and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines.
