We are seeking a hands-on AI Solutions Architect with healthcare or life sciences experience to lead technical delivery, with the potential to grow into client and account ownership.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and scale secure, production-ready healthcare AI solutions.
- Lead projects from proof of concept to production using GenAI, agentic AI, RAG, LLMs, data platforms, APIs, and cloud services.
- Guide technical teams and review architecture, code, security, performance, data, and AI quality.
- Establish standards for testing, deployment, monitoring, AI evaluation, governance, privacy, and compliance.
- Partner with clients and delivery teams on requirements, estimates, risks, and technical decisions.

Required Experience

- 8–12+ years in software, data, AI/ML, or solution architecture, including recent technical leadership.
- Experience delivering healthcare or life-sciences AI solutions from prototype to production.




- Hands-on expertise in Python, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, GenAI, LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI.
- Solid knowledge of cloud architecture, microservices, data pipelines, security, CI/CD, and monitoring.
- Experience leading engineering teams and communicating with clients and business stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and vector databases.
- Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps, including evaluation, observability, tracing, and cost monitoring.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and data standards such as HIPAA, GDPR, DPDP, GxP, FHIR, or HL7.
- Experience in IT services or consulting, with exposure to estimation, staffing, proposals, budgets, or account planning.
