We're Hiring: AI Mentors — Delhi/NCRAI Literacy Program for Government School Students

We're building a hands-on, 12-session AI Literacy Program for government school students (Grades 9–11) across Delhi/NCR — teaching them to confidently use AI for studying, communication, creativity, productivity, and career exploration. Every session runs in a school computer lab.

We're hiring AI Mentors to lead these sessions.

Role: AI Mentor — [20 positions]

What you'll do

- Independently lead all 12 sessions for your assigned school/batch
- Own both the classroom and the content — there's no co-facilitator, so you'll be running the room and troubleshooting AI tools in real time, solo
- Adapt sessions on the fly for mixed English proficiency and confidence levels
- Build genuine trust and curiosity with students who've likely never used AI with intention before

Who can apply

- Experienced educators/trainers (school, ed-tech, or corporate training background) with solid AI/computational thinking familiarity, or
- Engineering/AI/CS students confident explaining AI concepts and comfortable in front of a classroom

Every applicant — regardless of background — must clear a short pre-test before being confirmed. The pre-test screens for practical AI knowledge and basic teaching/communication aptitude. So if you're a student without formal teaching experience but you know your AI and can hold a room, you're just as welcome to apply as a veteran educator.

What we're looking for





- Excellent communication skills — comfortable moving between Hindi and English
- Strong, practical knowledge of AI tools and concepts (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM)
- Classroom management skills, or clear aptitude/willingness to build them fast
- Patience and warmth with first-generation tech users
- Comfortable improvising when the tech doesn't cooperate — you're the only one in the room

Selection Process
