About the Role

Are you ready to pioneer the shield protecting the future of trading? As AI and Machine Learning revolutionize capital markets, we are looking for a high-impact AI Security & Governance Specialist to safeguard our next-generation ecosystem.

You will be the ultimate guardian of our intelligent trading algorithms, predictive risk models, stock advisory engines, and GenAI customer platforms. Your mission: ensure our cutting-edge AI deployments are rock-solid, tamper-proof, fully compliant, and built on uncompromising ethics and market integrity.

What You’ll Do

1. Next-Gen AI Security Architecture & Threat Defense

- Harden AI Ecosystems: Build and enforce elite security controls for algo-trading engines, market surveillance models, risk analytics, and stock/IPO recommendation systems.
- Execute Adversarial Threat Modeling: Attack-test our GenAI engines and LLMs against up-to-date threats—including prompt injection, data poisoning, adversarial manipulation of prediction models, and data leakage.
- Monitor Model Integrity: Detect and mitigate model drift that could impact real-time margin calculations (M2M), risk scoring, or trading execution logic.
- Secure Enterprise Pipelines: Lock down internal LLM/CoPilot integrations, market data feeds (NSE/BSE), and cloud model storage.

2. Pioneer AI Governance & Regulatory Mastery

- Build the Rulebook: Architect an enterprise-wide AI Governance Framework aligned with emerging SEBI AI/ML Guidelines, SEBI CSCRF, DPDP Act 2023, ISO 42001, and the NIST AI Risk Management Framework.
- Lead AI Impact Assessments: Conduct end-to-end impact evaluations to ensure every model deployed is unbiased, fair, auditable, and regulator-ready.

3. Data Privacy & Responsible AI

- Safeguard Sensitive Financial Data:



Protect critical PII and financial transaction data used across AI pipelines—including masked identity numbers, bank details, KYC documents, and trading histories.
- Privacy by Design: Drive Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) across all new AI/ML initiatives before launch.

What We’re Looking For

Technical Expertise:

- 5+ years in Information Security, with dedicated experience in securing AI/ML models or high-risk financial systems.
- Hands-on understanding of capital market tech: algo-trading risk parameters, market surveillance algorithms, and LLM security.
- Proven experience in model hardening, adversarial machine learning, and GenAI security practices.

Governance & Compliance Mastery:

- Solid grasp of SEBI regulations, digital governance, and investor protection standards.
- Deep knowledge of frameworks like ISO 42001, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and DPDP 2023.
- Experience leading audit readiness for regulatory inspections (SEBI & Exchanges).

Preferred Qualifications & Credentials

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or Financial Tech.

- Certifications (Huge Plus):
- ISO 42001 Lead Auditor / Implementer
- CISSP / CCSP
- AI Security / Governance Certifications (CAISS, C-AI Governance)
- NISM Broking/Market Certifications
