Job Title: AI Full Stack Developer (Azure AI & GenAI)

Location: Navi Mumbai

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess solid expertise in Azure Cloud, Python, Machine Learning, Generative AI, API development, and modern web technologies. The role involves working across the entire application stack, integrating AI services into business applications, building scalable architectures, and producing high-quality technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Generative AI Development

- Design and develop AI/ML and Generative AI solutions using Azure AI services.
- Build and deploy RAG, Agentic AI, and LLM-based applications.
- Integrate Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, AI Search, and Vector Databases into business solutions.
- Develop prompt engineering frameworks and optimize AI model performance.

Full Stack Application Development

- Develop responsive web applications and AI-powered interfaces.
- Build REST APIs and microservices using Python frameworks.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and secure integration patterns.
- Integrate enterprise systems, databases, and third-party APIs.

Machine Learning & Analytics

- Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models.
- Work with structured and unstructured data pipelines.
- Perform model evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Implement MLOps practices for production-grade deployments.

Cloud & DevOps

- Design scalable cloud-native architectures on Microsoft Azure.




- Manage Azure resources, deployments, networking, and security configurations.
- Automate deployments using CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor application performance, reliability, and cost optimization.

Documentation & Governance

- Prepare High-Level Designs, Low-Level Designs, Technical Design Documents, and SOPs.
- Maintain architecture documentation, API specifications, and deployment guides.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise AI governance, security, and compliance requirements.
- Support audits, knowledge transfer sessions, and technical reviews.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, IT, or related field.
- Microsoft Azure certifications such as Azure AI Engineer, Azure Data Scientist, or Azure Developer preferred.
- 3-5 years of software development experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience delivering AI / GenAI solutions in production environments.
- Experience in BFSI / Insurance domain preferred.
