About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and digitally savvy AI Creative & Social Media Designer who can create engaging visual content for social media, digital campaigns and brands.

The ideal candidate should have strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and other design tools, while also being comfortable using AI tools to generate, enhance and develop creative concepts, visuals and content.

This role is ideal for someone who understands that social media design is not just about making attractive graphics — it is about creating visuals that capture attention, communicate quickly and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality creative designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Design social media posts, carousels, reels covers, stories, advertisements, promotional creatives and campaign visuals.
- Use Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools to create and edit content.
- Use AI image & video -generation and creative AI tools to develop concepts, backgrounds, product visuals and campaign creatives.
- Transform creative briefs and ideas into visually compelling designs.
- Adapt designs according to different brands, industries and visual identities.
- Work closely with the social media and marketing team to develop monthly content.
- Create multiple creative variations for campaigns and advertisements.
- Retouch, manipulate and enhance images professionally.
- Maintain consistency in brand guidelines,



typography, colours and visual identity.
- Keep up with emerging AI design tools, social media trends and creative formats.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Valuable understanding of graphic design principles, composition, typography and colour.
- Experience designing specifically for social media platforms.
- Working knowledge of Illustrator, Canva or similar design tools.
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools
- Ability to write or understand effective AI prompts for visual creation.
- Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook creative formats.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work on multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
- Good creative sense and willingness to experiment with new visual styles.

- Added Advantage

- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.
- Experience creating Reels and short-form video creatives.
- Knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects or CapCut.
- Understanding of digital advertising creatives and performance marketing.
- Experience working with multiple brands or an agency environment.
