Role Overview :

As an AI Consultant specializing in Agent Building, you will serve as a technical architect responsible for designing and deploying autonomous AI agents that transform complex business workflows. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and enterprise clients to identify operational bottlenecks and engineer sophisticated solutions that leverage Large Language Models. Your work will directly impact business outcomes by automating high-value tasks, reducing manual intervention in legal and administrative processes, and ensuring seamless integration between AI systems and existing enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop intelligent AI agents capable of executing complex, multi-step workflows to enhance operational productivity for enterprise clients.
- Integrate LLM-driven solutions with third-party platforms such as DocuSign, Ironclad, and other CLM tools to automate contract lifecycle management and document processing.
- Design robust API architectures to facilitate secure and efficient communication between AI agents and internal enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with product managers and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable, high-performance AI agent logic.




- Optimize agent performance by fine-tuning models and implementing advanced prompting strategies to ensure accuracy and reliability in production environments.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of AI-driven automation projects, ensuring that solutions meet stringent security and compliance standards.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying AI agents using Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript within complex enterprise ecosystems.
- Proven ability to integrate AI workflows with CLM platforms like Ironclad and DocuSign to streamline legal and administrative operations.
- Strong proficiency in LLM implementation, including model selection, fine-tuning, and the development of custom agentic frameworks.
- Advanced knowledge of API development and system integration, with a focus on building secure, scalable, and maintainable codebases.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical AI strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- A proactive problem-solving mindset, capable of navigating the challenges of deploying AI in highly regulated industries.
- Candidates must possess 9 to 11 years of relevant experience in software engineering or AI consulting, with a preference for those who thrive in a team-oriented, office-based environment in Ahmedabad.
