SWIPES is a premium skincare brand, and we're looking for someone to own our Instagram and TikTok presence day-to-day - from generating on-brand content to posting it and engaging with our community.

This is a hybrid role covering both content production and full social media coordination. Our brand direction, visual guide, and content calendar are already established, so this role is focused on execution and ownership rather than building strategy from scratch.

Content Generation & Production

- Generate on-brand product and mood imagery using AI tools (Midjourney, Higgsfield, or similar), following our locked visual guide (satchel-on-texture shots, mood photography, text-on-photo formats)
- Edit and produce Reels, carousels, and short-form video content
- Once real product photography becomes available, incorporate it into content alongside AI-generated pieces

Write and adapt captions using our core taglines and brand voice

Social Media Coordination

- Schedule and publish content across Instagram and TikTok
- Monitor performance (likes, comments, saves, reach) and report back on what's working
- Engage with comments and DMs in the brand voice





Track and manage the content calendar day-to-day, flagging gaps or delays

Ongoing

- Stay current on TikTok and Instagram trends and formats relevant to our audience
- Collaborate closely with us on creative direction and seasonal campaign pushes

- A current AI content/video stack you actually run day-to-day - not a tool you tried once. Tell us what you use and how.
- Solid eye for visual consistency and brand tone
- Confident writing captions and engaging with an audience directly
- Can deliver consistent volume and quality on a weekly cadence without needing to be chased
- Organised - can manage a content calendar and hit posting cadence without heavy oversight
- Bonus: experience with consumer/DTC brands, especially in personal care, fitness, or lifestyle
- Bonus: experience generating AI UGC-style content (AI-generated creators/testimonials)
