What you'll do

- Work on customer success and day-to-day business operations
- Use AI tools to improve productivity and solve problems
- Assist with billing, reports, and operational processes
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and automate repetitive work
- Take ownership of projects and see them through to completion
