We are looking for an AI Agentic Technology Specialist who understands modern AI tools, agentic workflows, and automation technologies. The role will focus on identifying business processes that can be improved through AI agents, implementing AI-powered workflows, and helping the organization adopt practical AI solutions

- Identify repetitive business processes that can be automated using AI agents.
- Research and evaluate current AI tools, platforms, and agentic technologies.
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows for marketing, sales, HR, customer support, and business operations.
- Set up and manage AI agents using no-code, low-code, and AI automation platforms.
- Integrate AI tools with CRM systems, WhatsApp, email, Google Sheets, and other business applications.
- Create effective prompts, workflows, system instructions, and processes for AI agents.
- Test AI agents and monitor their accuracy, performance, reliability, and output quality.
- Continuously optimize and improve AI workflows based on business requirements.
- Train internal teams on the practical use of AI tools and automation solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging developments in Agentic AI, Generative AI, automation,



and AI productivity tools.
- Work closely with management and internal teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven business automation.
- Document AI workflows, processes, and implementation guidelines.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of Generative AI and Agentic AI.
- Strong knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and similar platforms.
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools.
- Understanding of AI agents, AI workflows, APIs, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into practical AI-based solutions.
- Good communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to continuously learn and experiment with emerging AI technologies.

Good to have

- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar AI agent frameworks.
- Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms.
- Experience implementing AI solutions for business operations and process automation.
- Basic knowledge of Python is an advantage; however, coding is not the primary requirement.
- Experience working with AI APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google AI is a plus.
