Position: Sales Excecutive

Role & Responsibilities:

Provide crop-specific technical guidance to farmers

Diagnose pest and disease issues and suggest suitable solutions

Recommend appropriate fertilizers, pesticides, and other agricultural inputs

Handle farmer queries through calls

Explain product usage, dosage, and benefits clearly

Maintain farmer records, call logs, and follow-up details

Support sales growth through accurate technical advisory

Ensure high farmer satisfaction and timely problem resolution

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Any Graduation , B.Sc. Agriculture / B.Sc. Horticulture / Agri Diploma or related qualification

Strong knowledge of crop production, pest management, and fertilizers

Excellent communication skills (Marathi language compulsory)

Good problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities

Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, Calling Tools)
