We are looking for an experienced Agrochemical Sales / B2B Sales professional to join our Sales & Business Development team in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

Experience: Minimum 4 years

Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Agriculture, Agronomy, Plant Protection, Pesticides & Agrochemicals, or a related Agriculture field — Mandatory

? Key Responsibilities• Develop and manage B2B sales of agrochemical products across assigned markets.

- Identify and develop new customers, institutional buyers, formulators and industrial clients.
- Build solid relationships with existing customers and achieve sales targets.
- Generate new business through market mapping, customer visits, references and networking.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable agrochemical formulations/products.
- Coordinate with Technical/R&D; teams for demonstrations, trials, samples and technical support.
- Manage quotations, commercial negotiations, order finalization and sales closure.
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts,



MIS and market reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing and new product opportunities.
- Follow up on enquiries, samples, trials, orders, dispatches and payments.
- Coordinate with Production, Logistics and Accounts for smooth order execution.
- Participate in customer meetings, exhibitions, conferences and industry events.
- Support product launches and market development activities.

? What We're Looking For✅ Minimum 4 years of experience in Agrochemical Sales / B2B Sales

✅ Agriculture-related educational qualification is mandatory

✅ Strong knowledge of agrochemical products, formulations and applications

✅ Proven B2B sales & business development experience

✅ Strong negotiation, communication and customer relationship skills

✅ Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development

✅ Target-oriented and revenue-focused approach

- ✅ Good working knowledge of MS Excel, CRM and Sales MIS
