Key Responsibilities

- Assist with crop monitoring and field data collection.
- Support farmer interactions and field visits.
- Collect and maintain crop, soil, and farm-related information.
- Assist in preparing agricultural reports and maintaining records.




- Support the agronomy team in field-level activities and research.
- Coordinate with field teams on assigned agriculture projects.

- Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed B.Sc. Agriculture / M.Sc. Agronomy or related degree.
- Basic knowledge of crop production, soil, pests, and diseases.
- Good communication and observation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Willingness to learn and work in a field-oriented environment.
