How can you make an Impact?

- Develop and review concept, schematic & design-development drawings, including site layouts, architectural plans, parking and interiors.
- Optimize designs for functionality, saleability, compliance and design intent.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, interior designers,



vendors and project teams for seamless design integration.
- Review GFC drawings and provide timely design clarifications to engineering/project teams.
- Coordinate sanction drawings and provide architectural inputs for RERA, MOEF & other statutory approvals/NOCs.
- Conduct site inspections, mock-up reviews and material/sample approvals to ensure design and quality standards

What are we looking for?

- B. Arch with 10+ years of experience in architectural design and coordination, preferably with a reputed architectural consultancy or real estate developer.
- Strong experience in large residential/group housing projects, preferably across multiple locations.
- Sound understanding of building bye-laws, planning parameters, area calculations and statutory requirements.
- Solid design and technical knowledge, with the ability to address design and site-related concerns.
- Experience in coordinating with Design Consultants, Engineering/Projects, Sales and Maintenance teams.
- Ability to lead and manage a team of architects and work closely with senior leadership.
- Good understanding of materials, vendors and budgetary pricing relevant to architectural works.
