# Agile Business Analyst Trainer / Visiting Faculty

Location: Pune | Onsite / Hybrid / Remote

Engagement: Part time / Freelance / Weekend

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Agile Business Analyst / Product professional to join us as a Visiting Faculty / Corporate Trainer and help develop industry-ready Business Analysts.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy teaching, mentoring, and translating real-world industry experience into practical learning.

You will train learners through Agile methodologies, Business Analysis frameworks, industry tools, data analytics, documentation, and Generative AI — with a strong focus on hands-on practice, workplace simulations, and job readiness.

What You’ll Do

Deliver engaging, practice-oriented sessions for batches.

Teach Agile/Scrum and Business Analysis concepts using real-world examples and workplace scenarios.

Train learners on:-

Product Backlog & Backlog Refinement

User Story Mapping

Sprint Planning & Sprint Execution

Acceptance Criteria & Definition of Done

Requirement Elicitation & Analysis

Stakeholder Management





BRD / FRD and other BA documentation

Conduct hands-on tool-based exercises and case studies.

Guide learners through real-world BA projects and workplace simulations.

Teach learners how to use Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT for requirement analysis, user stories, documentation, and productivity.

Evaluate assignments, case studies, mock interviews, and capstone projects.

Mentor learners and help them become job-ready Business Analysts.

Tools & Technologies The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience with several of the following:

Agile & Collaboration: Jira, Confluence

Data & Analytics: SQL, Power BI, Advanced Excel, Tableau

Process Mapping: Lucidchart, MS Visio, Miro

AI Productivity: ChatGPT / Generative AI tools

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for practical industry experience, not just theoretical knowledge or certification-based expertise.

5+ years of relevant industry experience as a Business Analyst, Agile Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Scrum Master.

- Strong understanding of Business Analysis, Agile/Scrum, and requirements management**.

Familiarity with IIBA BABOK Guide and Agile BA practices.

Hands-on experience with BA tools, documentation, data analysis, and Agile workflows.

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple, beginner-friendly language.

Ability to teach learners from non-technical and diverse educational backgrounds.

Passion for mentoring and developing professionals.

Prior corporate training, consulting, mentoring, or faculty experience will be an advantage.

Preferred Certifications

ECBA / CCBA / CBAP / IIBA-AAC

CSM / CSPO or equivalent Agile certifications
