About the Role

· We are looking for a Zia AI / Agentic AI Developer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience to build and support AI-powered solutions across the Zoho ecosystem.

· The role focuses on Zoho CRM automation, Agentic AI, Generative AI, AI workflows, RAG, API integrations, and AI-powered business solutions.

What You’ll Work On

- Develop AI-powered solutions using Zoho Zia and build AI Copilots for CRM and business users.
- Design and implement AI Agents / Agentic Workflows that can retrieve information, use tools/functions, and perform controlled business actions.
- Integrate AI Agents with Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications.
- Build Zoho CRM customizations and automations using Deluge, Client Scripts, Widgets, Workflows, and Zoho Flow.
- Develop REST API integrations using OAuth, Webhooks, JSON, and custom functions.
- Build and support RAG-based AI solutions using documents, CRM data, SOPs, and other knowledge sources.
- Develop AI-assisted business workflows for lead qualification, customer/meeting summaries, CRM updates, follow-ups, opportunity identification, document analysis, task creation, and reporting.
- Create and optimize AI prompts, structured outputs, AI guardrails, and validation processes.
- Test, troubleshoot, monitor, and document AI, API, Zoho, and automation solutions.

Candidate Requirements:

- 2–4 years of hands-on development experience.

- Ability to convert business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and technical documentation skills.
- Willingness to work with and learn emerging AI technologies and frameworks.
