JOB TITLE: ADVISOR I - HR SERVICES
This role will be a fixed term contract for 1 Year.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- HR Services Advisor 1 is responsible for delivering first-level HR support to employees, managers, and HR partners while also supporting day-to-day office administration. The role manages employee inquiries, HR transactions, workplace services, and administrative operations to ensure efficient, compliant, and employee-focused service delivery.
- Holding 2–5 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries through phone, email, chat, or case management systems.
- Escalate complex HR matters to the appropriate HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) or HR Business Partners (HRBPs).
- Minimum UG Bachelor’s full time degree.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy requirements.
- Coordinate with developers and other internal stakeholders for day-to-day operational requirements, including: Arranging gate passes, Issuing employee ID cards, Coordinating facility management activities, Ensuring the smooth functioning of office operations.
- Coordinate with HR Business Partners (HRBP) and the Talent Acquisition (TA) team for business requirements.
- Manage all insurance-related requirements pertaining to the business and employees, including: Policy administration, Policy renewals, Claims coordination, Maintaining relevant records.
- Coordinate employee travel and transportation requirements, including: Travel bookings, Local transportation arrangements, Related administrative support.
- Maintain and administer the office access control system, ensuring timely: Provisioning, Modification, Revocation of employee access rights
- Plan, coordinate, and manage: Office events, Employee engagement activities, Celebrations, Other organizational programs.
- Liaise with vendors, facility management teams, security personnel, and other service providers to ensure uninterrupted office services.
- Support workplace administration by coordinating: Office maintenance, Employee amenities, General administrative requirements
- Identify and improve employee hygiene requirements from time to time.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR and office administration processes.
- Support HR audits, reporting, and special projects as assigned.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards and statutory requirements.
