Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Advocate role based in Indore. The Advocate will handle case preparation and court appearances, including drafting pleadings, petitions, written statements, and legal opinions across the firm’s practice areas. Day-to-day tasks include conducting legal research, reviewing case documents, advising clients, and coordinating with senior advocates and colleagues on strategy.

The role involves attending hearings, liaising with court and government offices as required, and managing case files and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. The Advocate will also support corporate consultancy matters, assist in negotiations,



and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and training.

Qualifications

- Robust legal research and analytical skills, including proficiency in using legal databases and interpreting statutes, case law, and regulations.
- Drafting and documentation capabilities, with experience preparing pleadings, contracts, opinions, and other legal instruments in clear, precise language.
- Courtroom and advocacy skills, including confident oral arguments, examination of witnesses, and effective representation before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
- Client service and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues, manage client expectations, and maintain professional relationships.
- Organizational and case management skills, including time management, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple matters simultaneously.
- Understanding of Constitutional, Criminal, Civil, Family, and Company Laws; exposure to corporate consultancy and liaison work is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution and enrollment with a State Bar Council; eligibility to practice in India.
- Commitment to ethical practice, professional integrity, and willingness to work on-site in Indore on a full-time schedule.
