Role Description The Admissions Counselor at 4Champz is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role is responsible for guiding prospective students and parents through the admissions process, including providing detailed information about available sports and arts programs, fee structures, and schedules.

The Admissions

Counselor will handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, conduct follow-ups with leads, and support enrollment targets through effective counseling and relationship-building. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate student records, coordinating with coaches and administrative staff, organizing counseling sessions or orientations,



and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The role also involves collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to support outreach activities and promote 4Champz programs within partner institutions and communities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills for effective counseling and relationship management.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide responsive, empathetic support to students, parents, and institutional partners.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert inquiries into enrollments and support admissions targets.
- Candidates should possess Education-related understanding or experience to explain program benefits and academic-sports balance clearly.
- Relevant skills such as basic computer proficiency, CRM or admissions software familiarity, and organized record-keeping are beneficial.
- Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or student support, especially in education, sports, or training organizations, is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred, with strong spoken and written English; knowledge of local languages in Bengaluru is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, manage multiple inquiries, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
