Key Responsibilities
- Counsel Leads: Handle inbound/outbound inquiries, assess learner profiles, and pitch matching programs.
- Drive Conversions: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, handle objections, and close enrollments.
- Track Data: Update call logs and lead statuses in real-time using CRM software.
- Meet Targets: Achieve weekly and monthly revenue and admission quotas.
Requirements
- Experience: 0–3 years of B2C sales, inside sales, or EdTech experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Skills: Excellent communication, solid persuasion, and active listening.
