About Us

DigiXpressions is a leading digital marketing agency dedicated to providing top-notch services to our clients. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Ad / Media Sales to join our dynamic team and drive our online presence to new heights.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, qualify, and onboard new advertisers and agencies.
- Sell ad network inventory including performance, programmatic, display, native, video, and affiliate solutions.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with direct brands, agencies, and demand partners.
- Work towards monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Generate leads via outbound communication, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events.
- Coordinate with internal campaign and ad ops teams to ensure delivery and revenue optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance, share insights, and upsell cross-network opportunities.
- Ensure timely documentation, invoicing, renewals, and contract closures.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in ad network / affiliate / programmatic / media sales.
- Understanding of CPI, CPA, CPL, CPC, CPM models and payouts.




- Solid network of advertisers and media agencies (India preferred; international is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to meet aggressive revenue targets.
- Strong analytical and storytelling ability — can convert insights into actionable sales opportunities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach.

Preferred Background

- Previous experience in agencies, publishers, or ad networks.
- Exposure to tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, or ad-serving platforms is a plus.
- Understanding of campaign metrics (CPL, CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, etc.).
- Ability to collaborate with creative and strategy teams to co-create brand solutions.
