Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager with strong experience in the Construction / Real Estate industry to manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations, project accounts, cash flow, costing, taxation and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.

Handle project-wise accounting, costing and profitability analysis.

Prepare project budgets, cash-flow forecasts and MIS reports.

Monitor project expenses against approved budgets.

Review contractor bills, RA bills, vendor invoices and payments.

Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.

Manage bank reconciliation, fund flow and working capital.

Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants and management.

Monitor project cash flow and payment schedules.

Support management in financial planning and decision-making.





Ensure proper accounting controls and documentation.

Lead and supervise the Finance & Accounts team.

Required Skills

Solid knowledge of Construction / Project Accounting.

Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance.

Experience in project costing and budget control.

Strong knowledge of Tally / SAP / ERP.

Advanced MS Excel skills.

Good knowledge of cash-flow and working-capital management.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter / CMA preferred.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Construction, Real Estate, Infrastructure, EPC or Project-based companies will be preferred.

Salary

₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month, based on experience, qualification and industry exposure.
