KPN Promoters Pvt. Ltd., a growing Real Estate & Construction company, is looking for a skilled and responsible Accounts & Finance Executive to join our Finance team.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage day-to-day Accounts & Finance operations

Maintain books of accounts and perform regular bank & ledger reconciliations

Handle GST, TDS & taxation-related activities

Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants

Monitor customer receivables, collections & outstanding payments

Monitor vendor payables & payment schedules

Prepare cash-flow statements and cash-flow forecasts

Prepare MIS and financial reports for management

Track project-wise expenses and profitability

Perform Budget vs. Actual analysis

Verify contractor/vendor bills and supporting documents before payment

Monitor bank transactions and ensure timely reconciliation

Support management with financial analysis and decision-making

Maintain proper financial controls, documentation and compliance

? QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter / CMA Inter / CA or relevant qualification

2–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance

Strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS & Taxation

Good understanding of MIS, Cash Flow,



Receivables & Payables

Knowledge of P&L;, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow Statement

Strong MS Excel / MS Office skills

Real Estate / Construction industry experience will be an added advantage
