We are looking for an exceptionally capable Accounts and Finance professional who can independently establish financial accuracy, statutory discipline, control integrity and management visibility across the organisation.

This is not a routine accounting, voucher-entry or compliance-follow-up position. The selected professional will examine financial information critically, identify inconsistencies, challenge unsupported transactions, prevent financial leakages, and convert accounting data into actionable management intelligence.

The role requires hands-on ownership of accounting closure, taxation, reconciliations, audits, financial controls, compliance governance, cash-flow monitoring, MIS and multi-location financial coordination.

Responsibilities include

- Own End-to-End Accounting: Ensure complete and accurate books, general ledgers, financial transactions, reconciliations and timely monthly, quarterly and annual closures.
- Lead Tax Compliance: Manage GST, TDS/TCS, corporate income tax, advance tax, tax audits, statutory reconciliations, notices, assessments and supporting documentation.
- Govern Payroll Compliance: Oversee PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Gratuity, Labour Welfare Fund and payroll reconciliations in coordination with HR and Payroll teams.
- Drive Enterprise-Wide Compliance: Maintain a central compliance register covering finance, taxation, labour, ROC, FEMA, branches and other regulatory obligations, with explicit ownership, deadlines and evidence.
- Coordinate Corporate and Foreign-Exchange Matters: Ensure accurate ROC-related financial submissions and compliance for borrowings,



related parties, foreign remittances, export services, transfer pricing and international transactions.
- Strengthen Financial Controls and Fraud Prevention: Establish approval matrices, maker-checker controls, segregation of duties, secure payment processes and mechanisms to detect fraud, leakage and unauthorised transactions.
- Deliver Management-Level Financial Intelligence: Produce decision-oriented MIS, dashboards and analysis covering profitability, liquidity, cash flow, working capital, variances, margin erosion, expenditure and revenue leakage.
- Lead Budgeting, Forecasting and Treasury: Manage budgets, rolling forecasts, cash-flow planning, banking controls, collections, receivables, payables, working-capital requirements and major expenditure evaluations.
- Own Audit Readiness and Closure: Lead statutory, tax, internal and financial-control audits; maintain complete supporting evidence; track findings and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Modernise Processes and Strengthen the Team: Implement ERP, automation, analytics, documented procedures and standardised controls while reviewing, guiding and developing the Accounts team for consistently accurate output.

Candidate Requisites:

1. Any Graduate with 0 to 1 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Statutory Compliance, Accounting Operations, and Financial Governance. Freshers doing Articleship currently are also welcome to apply
2. Strong interest in READING & Learning up-to-date developments in Accounting & Finance
