About the Role

We're looking for an Accounts & Compliance Manager who can work under our Chartered Accountants and take ownership of client compliances end to end. You'll manage the monthly and annual compliance calendar of our clients across Accounts, Taxation, Payroll, and ROC — with scope of work spanning both Indian and US accounting.

What You'll Do

- Handle monthly and annual compliances of clients across Accounts, Taxation, Payroll, and ROC filings
- Manage monthly compliances — GST returns, TDS payments & returns, PT, and other statutory filings
- Handle payroll processing and related statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT) for clients
- Manage ROC/MCA compliances — annual filings, event-based filings, and secretarial coordination




- Maintain books of accounts for Indian SMEs in Tally and Zoho Books
- Work on US accounting engagements in QuickBooks and Xero
- Prepare MIS reports and support the CA team on finalization of accounts
- Get exposure to all Finsignments service lines — business setup, tax & compliance, virtual CFO, valuations, and more

What We're Looking For
- B.Com/M.Com graduate (CA-Inter/CMA-Inter is a plus)
- 2 – 5 years of experience managing accounting and compliance work, preferably for multiple clients
- Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll compliances, and ROC filings
- Hands-on with Tally and Zoho Books; willingness to learn QuickBooks and Xero for US accounting
- Ability to independently own compliance calendars and meet deadlines
- Clear communication for client coordination
