Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)

- Formulate annual operating budgets for clinical, outreach, and academic departments.
- Conduct Monthly Information System (MIS) reporting and design financial dashboards for the CEO and board members.
- Analyze operational metrics like EBITDA margins, cost-per-surgery, and department-wise profitability.
- Develop business cases and financial models for expanding diagnostic equipment or branch facilities.
- 2. Financial Operations & Hospital Revenue Cycle
- Oversee patient credit loops, cash counters, and Third-Party Administrator (TPA)/insurance billing reconciliations.

3. Statutory Compliance, Trust Accounts & Taxation

- Ensure strict adherence to Income Tax matters, specifically regulations for charitable trusts (such as 80G exemptions and Section 11/12 provisions).
- Oversee indirect taxation compliance, including GST filings, monthly TDS calculations, and timely returns.




- Handle compliance and audit closures regarding the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA) for international donations or research grants.
- Monitor vendor payout schedules, inventory financing for the central pharmacy, and medical stores.
- Optimize treasury operations, managing institutional cash flow, bank relationships, and fixed assets.
- 4. Audits & Internal Controls
- Lead statutory, internal, and donor-specific financial audits to ensure transparent disclosures.
- Establish robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to mitigate leakage in procurement and hospital billing.
- Upgrade and manage the financial modules within the Hospital Information System (HIS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
