Job Summary

Shree Hari Enterprises is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, billing, GST-related work and routine financial transactions of the firm.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily accounting entries and maintenance of books of accounts
- Purchase and sales entries
- Preparation of invoices, bills and payment records
- Bank reconciliation and cash/bank transactions
- Maintaining accounts receivable and payable
- GST-related accounting and documentation
- TDS calculation and related records, if applicable
- Preparing monthly reports and account statements
- Maintaining proper records of expenses and receipts
- Coordination with CA for GST, TDS, income tax and other compliance-related work
- Checking and maintaining vendor/customer ledgers
- Ensuring accuracy of all financial records and supporting documents

Required Skills




- Valuable knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime
- Basic to good knowledge of GST and TDS
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidential financial information
- Good communication and coordination skills

Qualification B.Com / M.Com / equivalent accounting qualification preferred.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.

Freshers with good knowledge of Tally, GST and accounting may also be considered.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and interview performance.
