Job Overview

Gharabadi Realty Private Limited is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, and documentation related to our real estate business.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle cash, bank, sales, purchase, and expense entries.
- Maintain customer payment and outstanding records.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
- Maintain records of property booking amounts, installments, and customer payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Maintain proper documentation of company expenses and transactions.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements as applicable.
- Coordinate with management, sales,



and other departments regarding financial matters.
- Maintain accurate and updated accounting files and records.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Accountant.
- Experience in real estate accounting will be preferred.
- Graduate in B.Com / M.Com / Accounting or related field preferred.
- Good knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
