Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Ankleshwar. The Accountant will handle day-to-day financial accounting tasks, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, reconciling bank statements, and preparing vouchers and invoices. The role involves supporting monthly and annual closing activities, preparing basic financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies.

The Accountant will assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory filings, coordinate with external auditors,



and help maintain accurate documentation for regulatory purposes. The role also includes collaborating with procurement, production, and sales teams to track expenses, manage outstanding receivables and payables, and support budgeting and cost-control efforts.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in financial accounting and reporting, including experience with ledgers, reconciliations, and month-end / year-end closing.
- Hands-on experience with Tally or similar accounting software, and proficiency in MS Excel and other basic office tools.
- Knowledge of Indian taxation and compliance (GST, TDS, statutory filings) and familiarity with audit processes.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and ability to maintain well-organized financial records and documentation.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing or industrial workplace.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA Inter) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing accounting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site in Ankleshwar and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and compliance requirements.
