Job Title: Accounts Executive Location: Chevella, Hyderabad Department: Finance & Accounts Reports To: Finance Manager / Senior Accountant Job Type: Full-time Experience: 1–3 years (preferred) Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting tasks and ensure that the company’s financial operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, handling reconciliations, and supporting the finance team in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts (general ledger, journal entries, etc.) • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments,



and vouchers • Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management • Support month-end and year-end close processes • Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports • Maintain documentation for audits and tax filings • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as needed • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.) • Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursement claims Required Skills &

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance • 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP, QuickBooks, Zoho Books) • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations • Strong MS Excel skills • Good analytical and problem-solving skills • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines • Effective communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with GST, TDS filings, and other statutory compliance • Knowledge of ERP systems • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) Work Workplace:
