Job Title: Accountant Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: Fresher / 1–3 Years Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on experience and skills Job Summary We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, GST compliance, financial records, and documentation. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles and be comfortable working with Tally/Excel and GST-related activities . Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.

Handle GST filing and GST-related compliance . Prepare and maintain sales and purchase invoices. Record receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries. Perform bank reconciliation and maintain bank records.

Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable. Prepare basic financial reports and MIS reports. Maintain proper documentation of bills, invoices, vouchers, and receipts. Assist with monthly and yearly closing activities.





Coordinate with auditors and management when required. Ensure accounting records are accurate and up to date. Support income tax and other statutory compliance activities. Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.

Required

SkillsKnowledge of GST filing is mandatory . Working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime . Valuable knowledge of MS Excel. Understanding of basic accounting principles. Knowledge of bank reconciliation and invoicing. Good numerical and analytical skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and organizational skills.

Educational Qualification Preferred
