ACCOUNTANT – HEAD OFFICE Location: Pratap Nagar / India Gate, Jaipur Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month Experience: 2–3 Years Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Weekly Off: 2 Sundays Off 2 Sundays Working Job Overview We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant for our Head Office. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accounts, sales & purchase billing, inventory/stock records, bank entries and coordinating the records of our 4 outlets from the Head Office. The candidate should be comfortable working independently and maintaining accurate day-to-day records.

Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain Sales Orders, Sales Invoices and related documents Prepare and maintain Purchase Orders and Purchase Invoices Maintain Daily Day Book & Cash Book Maintain Staff Attendance & Leave Records Maintain daily stock inward/outward and inventory records Update and maintain bank statements and bank transactions Perform basic Bank Reconciliation Maintain daily sales, purchase, expense and payment records Maintain outstanding/payable/receivable records Coordinate with outlet staff for sales, purchase and stock-related entries Verify bills, invoices and supporting documents Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales,



purchase and stock reports Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounts and invoices Ensure all accounting and stock data is updated accurately and on time Assist management with required accounting and MIS reports Required Skills &

Qualifications 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience Valuable knowledge of Sales & Purchase Billing Experience in Stock/Inventory Management Basic knowledge of Bank Reconciliation and Bank Statement Entries Good command of MS Excel Knowledge of Tally/Accounting Software will be preferred Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing and accounting entries preferred Good communication and coordination skills Must be detail-oriented and responsible Ability to manage records for multiple outlets from one Head Office Should be comfortable working on a computer for long hours Honest, punctual and systematic approach to work Preferred Candidate Preference will be given to candidates who have previously handled accounts billing inventory and have experience managing accounts/stock for multiple branches or outlets.
