About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Handle GST reconciliation, GST data preparation, and GST filing support/compliance.
- Verify sales and purchase data, invoices, GST entries, and Input Tax Credit (ITC).
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of finance-related data.
- Manage customer receivables, vendor payables, and ledger reconciliation.
- Perform regular bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
- Prepare and verify GST-compliant invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
- Assist in TDS-related accounting and compliance.
- Prepare monthly MIS, outstanding reports, expense reports, and other finance reports.
- Coordinate with the CA / tax consultant for GST, TDS, audit, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain proper financial documentation and ensure accounting records are audit-ready.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely correction.

Key Skills Required




- Strong practical knowledge of GST reconciliation and filing.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, ITC, invoicing, and taxation.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Excellent reconciliation and data-verification skills.
- Good command of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Experience with Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- One to Five years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Candidates with hands-on GST reconciliation and filing experience will be preferred.
- Experience in e-commerce, technology, manufacturing, printing, packaging, or FMCG will be an added advantage.

This is a full-time, work-from-office position. Candidates must be available for regular office presence at our Electronic City, Bengaluru office.

The candidate should be capable of independently handling and maintaining finance-related data with accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
