What in Ideosphere A customer facing profile to develop and implement effective social media strategies. An account executive should have the ability to understand and analyse the key client and market insights with a brand lens and ownership and translate that in to social media content in form of campaigns, posts, ads, influencers strategy, and cross-medium proliferation. S/he is responsible for creating, planning, developing, implementing and maintaining a consistent, engaging, and effective social media presence for clients that aligns with their brand values.

Their duties include developing and executing content calendars, cultivating social media communities, and tracking social media metrics.

Job Responsibilities

Planning

- With the support of the Account Manager, understand the client requirements and deliverables for the proposed marketing and communication strategy and execute to meet the KPIs
- Plan and briefing of work management across the mediums and teams and partners
- Establish clarity in communication and briefing amongst clients, partners, and the team members at the initial level for minimum miscommunication

Execution
- Creating effective social media marketing campaigns
- Developing and executing content calendars
- Creating and nurturing social media communities
- Staying updated about the latest social media trends
- Tracking useful social media metrics
- Plan and suggest paid social media promotions for brand engagement
- Anaylzing impact of paid marketing on campaign
- Ability to craft engaging content
- Ability to create effective social media marketing strategies and campaigns
- Identify influencers and possible integration with them

Job Requirements
- Excellent writing and speaking communication skills
- Create and publish engaging content across various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.




- Monitor and analyse the company’s social media performance, track key metrics, and make recommendations to optimize performance.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to develop social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and leads in accordance with larger marketing framework of the client
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, audience targeting, and ad creative development.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Ability to multitask, be solution oriented and operate with team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining robust attention to detail
