About the Role

Tattva Creations is looking for an experienced Social / Digital Media Expert for on-site content creation, social media management and public relations, with strong English and Hindi communication skills and experience handling digital media for PSUs, Ministries or Government Departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Create content for social media platforms and websites and manage social media accounts.
- Support public relations and digital communication initiatives.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and internal teams and deliver within stringent deadlines.
- Work with the supporting Media Planner, Editor, Content Writer and other professionals as required.
- Ensure a suitable replacement is available during leave or physical unavailability.

Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate / Post Graduate in Journalism / Mass Communication.
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification professional experience.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Hindi.




- Robust knowledge of social media platforms and digital communication.
- Good working knowledge of social media management tools/applications.
- Proven professional experience in managing social media presence and content creation for PSUs, Ministries, Government Departments or similar organisations.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under stringent deadlines and handle multiple requirements.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal and external teams.
