Academic Counsellor

Location: Chinar Park, Kolkata

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

About the Organisation

A growing media and performing arts academy offering professional training in acting, modelling, photography, filmmaking, cinematography and other creative fields, with industry-focused courses and practical exposure.

We are looking for an Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students, understand their career goals, explain suitable courses and convert enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, fees and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain enquiry records.
- Achieve admission/enrolment targets.




- Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and provide post-enquiry support.

Requirements
- Graduate with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- 1–3 years of experience in academic counselling, education sales or admissions preferred.
- Robust convincing and counselling skills.
- Good English and Hindi communication; Bengali will be an added advantage.
- Candidates from education, training, media or similar sectors preferred.

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
