Role Description The Academic Counsellor Executive internship is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, with a salary range of 35,000 to 40,000+ in hand. The intern will guide students through academic and career choices, conduct counseling sessions, and provide information on educational programs and pathways. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting prospective students, understanding their goals, offering personalized academic advising, and maintaining detailed records of interactions and follow-ups.

The role involves collaborating with internal teams,



preparing reports, and participating in outreach activities to support student engagement. The intern is expected to demonstrate professionalism, uphold ethical standards in counseling, and contribute to a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Student Counseling and Academic Advising skills.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Candidates should possess Career Counseling skills to support informed educational and professional decisions.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Education systems and academic pathways.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related field) is preferred.
