Job Title : M365 Share Point - System Specialist

Responsibility

- Design, configure, and improve SharePoint Online and M365-based solutions using standard platform capabilities where possible.
- Translate business requirements into maintainable solution designs across SharePoint, Power Platform, Microsoft Teams, and related M365 services.
- Support the migration of selected custom functionality from Azure Functions to Azure Logic Apps where this improves maintainability and operational simplicity.
- Contribute to automated provisioning and configuration concepts, for example M365 groups, SharePoint sites, templates, and approval workflows.
- Design and implement integrated solutions across the M365 ecosystem, including Power Platform and Azure Logic Apps.
- Define and maintain interfaces between SharePoint and surrounding systems, using Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, connectors, or workflow-based integration patterns where appropriate.
- Contribute to scalable architecture concepts ensuring performance, maintainability, and operational stability in a large enterprise environment.
- Support governance, security, and lifecycle management of the SharePoint tenant, take over partial project responsibilities (cross-functional teams), and provide technical consulting to internal customers.

Area Of Expertise/Skills

- 8+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 solution design, configuration, or platform engineering, ideally with a focus on SharePoint Online.
- Positive understanding of SharePoint Online capabilities, information architecture, permissions, site structures, lists, libraries, and governance concepts.
- Experience with Power Platform and workflow automation, preferably including Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps.
- Understanding of integration options in Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, connectors, and event- or workflow-based integration patterns.




- Strong understanding of M365 architecture and how SharePoint integrates with Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, and other services.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable solutions in large enterprise environments.
- Good understanding of provisioning concepts, such as M365 groups, site templates, approval flows, and automation.
- SharePoint development experience, including SPFx web parts, extensions, .NET, PowerShell, or custom APIs, is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID / Active Directory.
- Experience working in agile environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advise internal customers and collaborate with technical and business :
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (masters degree preferred).
- Relevant certifications on Microsoft technologies are a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field.
