3D Game Asset Developer – Roblox

We’re looking for a 3D Game Asset Developer to create high-quality game assets for our Roblox games.

What you’ll do

- Create 3D models and game assets for Roblox
- Design props, buildings, vehicles, environments, and other game elements
- Optimize models for Roblox performance
- Work with the team to create assets based on references/concepts
- Import and set up assets properly in Roblox Studio

Requirements

- Experience with Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or similar 3D software
- Basic knowledge of Roblox Studio
- Understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, UVs, and optimization
- Good sense of proportions, details, and game-ready assets
- A portfolio or examples of your 3D work

Fresher-Friendly

Freshers are welcome to apply!





You don’t need professional work experience if you have strong 3D modeling skills and a good portfolio. Personal projects, college projects, or Roblox projects are also accepted.

Preferred

- Previous experience creating assets for Roblox
- Knowledge of low-poly/stylized game art
- Understanding of PBR materials and textures
- Basic knowledge of Roblox asset optimization
