Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales, manage client relationships, coordinate internal teams, and support the overall growth and operations of VedAtma.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Managing Director to develop sales strategies and achieve business targets.
Generate and manage leads, conduct Zoom presentations/meetings, follow up with prospects, and convert them into clients.

Coordinate with the Counselling Team for session scheduling, client handovers, and smooth execution.
Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Team on social media campaigns, ads, content ideas, and campaign performance.

Coordinate with the IT Team and monitor the admission portal to ensure registrations and admissions are completed correctly.

Represent VedAtma at meetings, expos, networking events, and business activities.





Monitor client feedback and ensure counselling sessions and the overall client experience are running smoothly.

Prepare reports on sales, leads, conversions, campaigns, admissions, and client feedback.

Manage Zoom and other platform renewals, subscriptions, licenses, and vendor coordination.

Track and coordinate invoices, bills, payments, and vendor-related matters with the Accounts/Finance Team.

Identify recent business opportunities, partnerships, and strategies to improve sales and client conversion.

Ensure effective coordination between the Managing Director, Sales, Marketing, IT, Counselling, Admissions, Accounts, and external vendors.
