We're Hiring | Sales Executive / Sales Manager (PEB Sales)

Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 3+ Years (Preferred in PEB / Steel Structures / Industrial Sales / Construction-related Sales)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and develop new business opportunities across target market segments.
Build strong relationships with clients, OEMs, architects, contractors, developers, consultants, and construction companies to generate leads and referrals.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
Set sales goals and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Address client concerns, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including technical assistance and project coordination.
Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs and prepare regular management reports.
Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Provide insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
