BRIL is looking for an experienced Senior Inside Sales Leader to accelerate our growth across the Indian market.

We’re looking for a player-coach who can personally build enterprise opportunities while also leading, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing inside sales team .
What we’re looking for 5+ years in B2B Inside Sales / Business Development
Strong experience in the Indian enterprise market
IT Services / IT Product / SaaS sales experience
Experience managing SDR / BDR / Inside Sales teams
Strong outbound sales & pipeline-generation expertise
Experience engaging CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, COOs, IT Heads & Business Leaders
Hands-on expertise in cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn & Sales Navigator
Solid CRM and pipeline-management discipline
Ability to position technology solutions around business outcomes




What you’ll own Target Accounts → Decision Makers → Outreach → Discovery → Qualified Meetings → Opportunities → Pipeline
Alongside individual sales contribution, you’ll also:
Build and manage the inside sales team
Hire, onboard and coach sales resources
Create prospecting & outreach playbooks
Define activity, meeting and pipeline KPIs
Improve conversion across the sales funnel
Build scalable sales processes and enablement material
We’re not looking for someone who only manages inbound leads .
We’re looking for someone who can SELL. COACH. BUILD. SCALE.
