- Provide one-on-one career counselling and guidance to clients based on their education, skills, experience, and career goals.
- Assess client profiles and recommend suitable employment, education, or training opportunities.
- Assist clients in preparing skilled resumes, cover letters, and interview techniques to improve employability.
- Guide clients through job search strategies, career planning, and labour market opportunities.
- Conduct career assessments and help clients develop personalized career action plans.
- Maintain accurate client records, monitor progress, and provide ongoing follow-up and support.
- Build strong relationships with clients while ensuring confidentiality and professional service.
- Stay updated on current labour market trends, educational programs, and employment opportunities.
- Coordinate with employers, educational institutions, and relevant stakeholders when required.
- Ensure all counselling services are delivered ethically, professionally, and in accordance with organizational policies.
