Manage day-to-day HR operations at the plant.
Coordinate manpower planning and recruitment activities.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
Support payroll processing by providing accurate inputs.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
Coordinate induction and onboarding of current employees.
Support training and development initiatives.
Drive employee engagement activities at the plant.
Monitor absenteeism, attrition, and workforce-related metrics.
Coordinate with contract labour agencies for workforce management.
Prepare HR reports and MIS for management review.
Implement HR policies and processes at the plant level.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
