Job Title: Junior Data Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Data Operator to support data management, validation, and reporting activities within our software products. The role involves maintaining high-quality business data, performing data verification and cleansing, generating reports, and data migration activities. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with back-office or data processing experience to build a career in data analytics and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter, update, and maintain data accurately within company systems and databases
- Verify, validate, and review data received from customers and internal teams
- Perform data quality checks, cleansing, and consistency reviews
- Generate routine reports, summaries, and management dashboards
- Maintain spreadsheets and assist in data analysis activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to obtain and verify information
- Identify data discrepancies and escalate issues when required
- Support software implementation and data migration projects
- Ensure confidentiality and security of business and customer data




- Follow company processes, standards, and quality guidelines

Required Skills

- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Typing speed of 30+ WPM
- Good knowledge of:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Outlook
- Experience working with large datasets and spreadsheets
- Understanding of data entry, validation, and quality processes
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Good verbal and written communication skills
